4. How to Return an Item

  • The product will be inspected at the time of return. If the product meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued.

Evolve Designs Agency processes refunds in cash only, as we operate solely through Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Refunds will be issued in cash after the returned item is collected and verified by our team or delivery agent.
  • No digital, bank transfer, UPI, or card-based refunds are available.

2. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed immediately upon pickup if the item passes inspection on the spot.
  • In some cases, refunds may take up to 3 business days, depending on your location and logistics.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned in original condition, unused and with all accessories.
  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is verified and accepted by our inspection team.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If the returned product is found used, damaged, or not in original packaging.
  • Unauthorized returns or items sent without our approval.
